Online Clinical Supervison

Online Clinical supervision

When considering training to become a supervisor, I spent time thinking about my own experiences of supervision. I considered which aspects of supervision I have found most helpful in my own  journey. I also reflected upon some of the problems I have encountered along the way and how supervision has been invaluable in supporting me to deal with unfamiliar situations. I have drawn upon my own positive experience to inform my  practice.
